Rabbi Shmuel Halpern (Contact)

Rabbi Shmuel Halpern grew up in Lakewood, New Jersey where he attended elementary and high school. After graduating, he went to Yeshiva Tiferes Elimelech in Staten Island, New York. From there he went on to study in the Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem, Israel. Upon returning to the US, he enrolled at Beth Medrash Govoah in Lakewood, New Jersey where he earned his Semicha. When not studying, he enjoys teaching classes, writing, and podcasting for and to Jews of all backgrounds. Passionate about bringing people closer to Judaism, he has volunteered for Oorah Kiruv Rechokim,  and Torah Links Fellowship Program. For the past six years he has been studying and teaching under the auspices of the Denver Community Kollel. Rabbi Halpern enjoys spending time outdoors biking and running. He lives in Denver with his wife and children.
